Create Stereoscopic 3D effect in Adobe Photoshop

Stereoscopy (also called stereoscopic or 3-D imaging) refers to a technique for creating or enhancing the illusion of depth in an image by presenting two offset images separately to the left and right eye of the viewer. Both of these 2-D offset images are then combined in the brain to give the perception of 3-D depth.

Images using Stereoscopic 3D effect are termed as Anaglyph images which when viewed with stereoscopic glasses gives a 3d depth effect.

In this tutorial I will Show you the technique of creating Stereoscopic 3D effect in Adobe Photoshop using some basic concepts. I am also providing a “Stereoscopic 3D Effect” Photoshop Action to get the stereoscopic result in just few clicks.
